Warranty Policy


Bioperfectus provides the customer with installation, preventive maintenance, field repair, service parts exchange during warranty.

Service Contract


Bioperfectus offers to distributors with extended warranty or service contract to helps our customer to control cost or expand service business opportunities. Please contact local sales representative for details.



Training is obligatory for authorized service engineers to provide sufficient solutions for Bioperfectus products.  We offer you different level of training to distributors and end users, including but not limited to classroom, on-site and online training.
