Introduction
This kit is intended for the extraction of DNA from sputum samples.
It enables rapid DNA extraction under low ionic strength, alkaline, and boiling conditions through cell lysis, protein denaturation, and impurity removal. The extracted DNA can be used for downstream molecular biology experiments.
Features
- Rapid Processing: Incubate in a 95°C metal bath or water bath for 5 minutes, and centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 1 minute.
- Direct Application: The supernatant is the nucleic acid solution, which can be used directly for testing.
- High Precision: The CV value of extraction precision of the same batch or different batches is less than 5%.
