Zika Virus / Dengue Virus / Chikungunya Virus Real Time PCR Kit

The Zika Virus / Dengue Virus / Chikungunya Virus Real Time PCR Kit is a multiplex PCR test for the qualitative detection of dengue virus, chikungunya virus and Zika virus RNA. The triplex assay supports detection of all three viruses from a single sample in one molecular testing workflow.

For all three targets, the kit can be used with human serum, whole blood (EDTA )and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Human urine and amniotic fluid are included specifically for Zika virus RNA detection.
